Yes, the "fabulus 12" f12 privy was the previous version of the current F15 privy mark coin collection that's still underway (I think). Hunt down the other 11 coins and you'll have a nice set that would probably command quite the premium upon resale.

I agree, the Kangaroo is one sweet looking coin. There's really not much to it, but I want to keep looking at it. I will be on the hunt for that one now. Thanks for sharing.

I thought that I read somewhere that the Kangaroo at Sunset F12 had a mintage of 5K, and I could not this "hop away". I really like it's simplistic beauty! I like the classic portrait of the Queen (1988 & 89) better on the Maple Leafs. One more to round out the year, 2004 Britannia (MS CAMEO?);

A couple "bid on it and forget it" items that I got a "friendly reminder" on last night that I need to "settle up" on ; Countries covered so far; USA (1986 Eagle) Canada (1989 Maple Leaf) Mexico (Libertaid) Great Britan (2000, 2003, 2004 & 2010 Britannia x4 {potential trade material}) Australia (2009 Kangoaroo at Sunset (2) & 2013 Kookabura) Austria (2009 Philharmonic) China (2012 Panda) Sitting on a dozen...and lots more to go!

I keep seeing that the 2009 Kangaroo at Sunset had a mintage of 4,000 (2000 as individual coins, 2000 as a member of the F12 privy mark set) That would be my rarest coin.

Yea I think if you can add or stick to coins with high prems, especially in regards to and with world bullion and proofs, over time you can have a nice return as well as having a very superb collection and ride the highs and lows of collecting.
I think too, there's something about having bullion coins from world mints is so cool as well.

I received the Kangaroo(s) at Sunset on Saturday, and it is NOT the proof edition, rather the misunderstood unfrosted Uncirculated (Specimen) version ; (my image is not that great) (stock image) oh well, I will keep one and sell one of the Roo's.
