I really like this series but I just couldn't justify the price per coin. If each coin sold for $60 - $80 then I might of considered making the purchase.
I agree with what kud_85 said, the price will continue to drop. Maybe I might be able to pick them up for $60 each in a couple of years.

Doesn't seem that way.

I can't seem to complete my set and think I need to sell it and eat the loss. :(

Don't think it will rise.
I like it as well, but like many others, it's just too expensive for what it is!
The 4-coin set would have to go for below 400$ to bring general interest I guess.

You can have all but the wolf below 100$ at APMEX: http://www.apmex.com/Search/Default...arch=niobium

Perhaps a full set should be looked at by the mint in a way that any family can own one set divided between each other. You can't just target the "must-have-it-all" collector with a chequebook the size of the yellow pages. It's not sustainable because new collectors can barely make a dent with all the series that have already been made available. Slow down, Mint! Then maybe the orders can get out on time before the euphoric rush of a new set is soothed.

Funny thing is these are the only coins I keep on my shelf,
I think they are the nicest coins released by the mint last year.
The only coins that are better are the 20 for 20 ( except for the 3 ugly ones )

Impressive set, thank you for pictures.
As people said before - do not justify their price. Actually I wish they will be bigger in dimensions.
