To me, this looks VF. The hair cords appear complete. The picture appears slightly out of focus (which sometimes can be confused with wear).

Thanks for you replies. I will try again but for some reason I think there is a lens issue. I was trying to take a pic of a 1866 Shield nickel but you cant make out the date. |

The second set of pictures is better than the first though still a bit fuzzy. My feeling is it's a low VF.

based on my reading I would agree this falls into the vf range.
i have been working on getting better pics. I think I should I have this weekend. I will repost this and also start getting opinions on some others in my collection.
