Nice going. That is the same Whitman Ablum I have for those Large Cents. Could have used some of the ones you got. Wonder why he sold so cheap.

That's amazing. I have made some good buys before myself but that's in a class by itself. The 1811 looks like it could be decent if it is wow -- cause that's a tough date. If you already have an 1857 that's better than what's in that set you will be able to sell it with no problem. One word of caution --- check several retail sites and ebay to figure out how to price it --- Greysheet does have a clue on that coin. 1857 is always one of those magic coins that as long it is not a problem coin they find ready buyers. |
