This coin has a pearl-diademed bust.

Edit 2: That would make it RIC Constantinople 81,I (Volume VIII).

I love the fallen horseman types as well. This one has a particularly bold strike on the reverse.

I believe the mint is Arles (CONST)

But isn't CONST the mark for Constantina ie Arles ?
I am not at my sharpest on LRB's !

In my haste I believe I misread the mark CONSI as CONST
