So you don't have the coin yet? Playing devil's advocate here a little but perhaps the person that listed posted the wrong picture for the reverse?

Just checked in ngc verify and that's the coin right on their website pictures and all. Nice find

Take one C and add the other C to the botttom of that, only reversing it, and you get an S.  Therefore it was not an error by NGC, it was a possibility situation.  For sure I'd keep it the way it is. |

Legally NGC can come after you for profiting off of a mis labeled coin. You should contact them resubmit and they will reholder. Had same issue with 32-D quarter was actually S mark.

Once s/he sells it, there are no legal rights attached (doctrine of 1st sale).
