When I still used to buy CDs, the best and most elaborate albums had the best printing and the ink was stinky - same smell as the polymer bills.

I've got 18 crisp 100 polymers in my wallet right now, should smell like an IHOP when I open it up, it doesn't.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...

LOL... Mexico has the same type of polymer bills. When I was there, I smelled them, and just like Canada, they smelled like Maple Syrup! So, I would say coincidence!
