After learning a little about that when you guys pointed it out. I'm wondering if they didn't just use an old reverse in a pinch or something.

I got the coin back from Rick Snow yesterday evening. Here was his response.

I thought you had just sent it in, that was a pretty quick return from Snow. For the broken 2nd '8' variety, my guide only goes to S3d, so this must be a relatively new variety.

He made it a new attribution and put my name on it.

I wasn't expecting that. It was you guys who pointed out the T on the back. I would have never even seen that, maybe I would have after some time. Thank you guys.

What do you figure the value of this variety is? This one just came in yesterday and I'm almost positive it is your variety. I'm having trouble posting a picture due to file size, but I will try to resize later. Thanks

Honestly I don't know what the value of the coin would be. It would have to be what someone is willing to pay for it I guess. According to the Snow book it only has one star, which might make it worth 2x the book value for it's grade. I can't tell if that is the same coin or not the pic is to small.
