artdio, looks 'funny' to me too, with 0 feedback I'd be careful.

Looks legit to me - but also looks cleaned.

The only thing I find odd is the slanted 0.

I wouldn't bid on it.
The 1 appears tilted and the rest of the date shifted to the left.
IMO the '32 is a "money" coin, there are always plenty available, if this one makes you hesitant move on to the next one.

I am reasonably certain that this coin is a counterfeit.

I'm not sure either way, but I am sure that I will not be bidding.

well lets just say folks that what you are looking at is a fully struck Chinese counterfeit... Look at the robe....The wear does not match the crown detail..Also look at the detached leaf at 4 o'clock....

I had my doubts from the beginning but had it confirmed by the Best guy for it..MM

now lets get it off the bay..I have filed a report...

I reported it yesterday morning after I posted here, and again this morning from one my other ebay accounts, I really miss the reporting link that was in place on this forum until recently, always got an acknowledgement, now I feel reports go unseen by human eyes, hope nickelsguy still has ears at ebay and can get this thing removed.

I see the coin is still up for sale. Anyone else report it? Message the seller?

And herein lies the problem with reporting coins. Who at ebay will decide if this coin is counterfeit? In the last 5 days I reported 12 foreign coins from multiple sellers. All fakes/copies (and all described as such). Also reported some one ounce PanAm silver bars that are silver plated (also described as such). The bars themselves were not marked as 999 pure silver (not the 100 mills markings)

I'm concerned that since the demise of the CCW all of our reports go unseen by human eyes.
