Here is a genuine one from numista: http://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces23359.htmlLet's see... The 9s are wrong (note the genuine ones curl up just before touching the stem) The bosom fabric drape is wrong The stars are crowded in the fake and touch the dentils. The 3rd star from the top left is missing it's leftmost point. The dentils aren't even and are too shallow. They are a result of insufficient striking pressure and incomplete filling of the letters. On a properly struck coin those indents are not present and base of the letters is flat. |
