Looks more vibrant than the other one. Definitely a more-attractive toning pattern than many I have see.

Wowy wow wow! I absolutely LOVE that ice-blue toning, and the way the orange color is only between the tops of the eagle's wings is really unique- like it was intentional. Great post!

Jon- do you think, perhaps, that you should start a toned Morgan dollar collection?

Not sure. I actually don't know much about MOrgans. I study the indian head half and quarter eagles and have been for some time but morgans would be a whole new thing. For now just buying coins I like. I assume all the nice toned morgans that are affordable are the common ones. So i'd have to lay out ALOT to get a full set of nice ones.
I am really happy with this one though. Should have it in a few days, but I am very confident about the pictures being realistic. I just couldn;'t let this one go.
I also agree with Matteproof. Looks like a 64! Or at least nicer them my other one which is a 64. I'd love to have it crossed and put in a PCGS holder but don't wanna lose the CAC sticker.

Now that is a coin! You want a toned Morgan for your collection, that one is a keeper. Shame the toning isn't on the obverse!
Nice pickup.

Rc57. Yes it definitely did drive the price up. I'm OK with it because I like the coin so much. From my little experience with these I also think its under graded but I won't have it in hand till next week. I'll shoot some crummy 'real life' photos when I get it.
Than for your comments guys I think this one will make me happy

Its crazy that these are all I'm thinking of lately. Id show pics of the others I may try to grab but that might ruin it for me. Thsse things ARE addicting. I don't have this blue one in yet and cant wait!

Jon, feel free to email me the links for ones you're looking at and I'll give you my honest opinion. I go for raw toners, so if they're already slabbed/graded, I won't be competition for you.
