And the winner is "Nobody". Thanks some pretty close guesses. The photos don't truly show the blues and luster of the coin.

Nice coin, but seems to have just a touch too much chatter for a 7fb, I would have said 6fb.

Actually chasingtailbar the photography is probably the issue. Truly I see nothing on this coin and the luster is amazing.

What's going on under the ER of AMERICA? Also note the slight weakness of strike right above that... that's going to keep it out of a 67 holder in my book, unless it's got insane luster.

Obverse, very base of the neck where it nearly touches the rim, what's going on with that depressed area?

The reverse under ER is toning. There is weakness in the strike at the top of AMERI, and maybe a little at the base of the neck where you are talking about, but truly I can really distinguish anything there. The luster is insane though for what it's worth. I appreciate all the feedback. That's why I love this forum.

This was the reason for my guess of 64. I saw that as a hard hit.

There is definitely something going on there. Could be a minor strikethrough or something like that... doesn't catch the light in a way that I'd say it's a hard hit. I dunno. I doubt it would cross to PCGS at grade though. NGC, maybe. They're pretty lenient on mercs.
