I have an NK and a UJ, but have only had the UJ since 2013 and bought the other in 2006 in Halifax.

Chequer.....Look at my 4th post from the beginiing.(the picture of the diff. types of ICCS certs).
Are yours (the NK and UJ) identical to the first picture (old ICCS cert) or the second picture (newer one).
Look for the last two printed sentences on the cert, as the old one has a very abbrviated second line, while the newer certs have a very long second line.

Thanks Cthings.....
I already have those as the 'new' certs, but I greatly appreciate the work you've done and at least it verifies my findings that these are indeed 'new' certs.
Thanks again,
DE59.

DBM I would have answered you earlier but I thought the discussion on ICCS flips should run for a while. Concerning the ICCS flip containing the Pr 65 dollar. "What would it grade now" How ICCS would approach this now I do not know. The coin will be going to PCGS where it will be graded as a Sp.

Good point Everest - I have a 1951 1-cent, graded ICCS PL-63, in an older flip.
Most people know that PL 1-cent coins were not made in 1951. After I bought the coin a couple of years ago, I showed it to Brian Cornwall, who said that in the earlier days, some assumptions and mistakes were made, and it would be most certainly in a specimen holder now. For now - I have kept in the older PL flip, as a discussion point with members of our coin club, that to err, is human.
