Yes, my grandmother ordered some coins from them, $10 for a silver dime, oh my gosh!

Littleton has established themselves as a legitimate dealer, however it does not take much to find prices lower than theirs. As for having it graded, it is not worth it.

Quote: Does the packet sealed have any value? No. The package has no additional value. Put the coin in a PVC free holder.

That meets my definition of "close to the same price," especially when compared to the price people like Littleton would charge for the same coin. So I guess it's a matter of perception.

You can find a 1922 Peace dollar for $23 in uncurculated condition. I just did on ebay. It was in a PCI holder saying MS-65 ( which it's not). But it is uncurculated.

Littleton coins are fine, just buy them from someone else.

Do you keep them in one of your saddle bags LogPotato?

Actually yes. I found most of them in a grave marked unknown beside the grave of Arch Stanton.
