I agree with 45 or 50. If the luster is decent then it should make AU50.

BH is spot on, if the luster is there its a 50, if it ain't its a 45

I will search some, but do you have examples of what luster would be considered enough to make it lusterous? :) I am thinking it probably isn't if I have to ask.

Updated with better picture in better lighting. Still in plastic filmed holder. Looks more lusterous? :)

Better photo does show luster, I'll change from EF-45 to AU-50. Still a lot of wear on eagles head and shoulder as well as Indian's hair curls.

I say ef 45 and that's a nice grade to do a set obviously you still have two dates that are costly but the semi keys jump allot after ef 45. So you can still do I nice looking set reasonably. Nice coin.
