I think the seller enhanced the photo to make the coin seem more proof like than it is and to possibly hide flaws?

It looks like a proof to me. If so, PR63 CAM, which would make it a very expensive coin. If MS then 63 DMPL.

Here we go with the double grading standard.

In my opinion, this coin is MS63 DMPL. I think it will holder in 64-65 DMPL, though I feel that there is way too much chatter on the cheek to warrant that grade. That CC mint mark is always good for a bump in grade from the TPG's, though.

I think the coin in your link is much nicer than the one pictured here in this thread. The cheek and neck chatter is significantly less. Though in my opinion, this should be in a 65 DMPL holder instead of a 66. Back to that CC mint mark bump.

Yeah, that's the coin. The filename of the photo is the same as the one in the auction. Given the source, then, I'd expect it to see no better than MS63 from a reputable TPG. The fact that it's in an SGS slab, claiming to be DMPL, is the best proof that it is not, in fact, DMPL. Even assuming it was, it went for 40% over market; as 63PL it's only worth half the sale value.

This is one of the coins which has the numismatic community up in arms over the practices of that seller.
