I think it is in a MS-64 holder. May grade 65 but I'm not sure. The cheek looks like it could be borderline and I am not sure if the fields are clean enough to help it out.

I think one thing that may be causing problems with grading this coin is digital photography. The cheek hasn't taken a hit, what you see are luster grazes....holder is a touch beat up too :)

It looks like quite a few of the marks that appear on the photos are on the holder and not the coin. I would say MS65 or MS66.

MS65 in an old holder might go MS66 today.
