I think everyone is right on. It needed a better strike for 66.

Ok, here are the results.
This coin graded MS-65, so almost everybody was right on!
This coin was purchased by my grandfather in Washington D.C. on February 11, 1937 according to the note on the manila 2x2 envelope. I was going to post a picture of envelope in this post, but I can't find it right now. I think I misplaced it somewhere in the holiday clean-up of my office.

I think they give it a ms 66 if the price jumped to $20,000 then 65 for sure. And from there own mouth they do consider price when grading. My friend who passed last year owned a 1901 p Morgan graded ms 64 for years and the owner of pcgs and Mark the owner of NGC both agreed it was a 65 but both said no way to putting it on the label not even a plus sign
