You have way too many choices and some are not mutually exclusive. You should have stuck with the three in the title.
Anyway...
"I oppose the edge lettering. I rather see it on the front of the coin." is most accurate when referring to date and mint specifically. I have no problem with everything else on the edge.
Also, saying that I support having stars etched all the way around, perhaps 50 stars representing each state and that I support any etching on the $1 coins to help the blind and visually impaired denominate the coin would not be untruthful.

I thought it was interesting at first, but now I hate it. These will be dateless coins in 10 years if pulled out of circulation, even if they aren't circulating much at all. Edge lettering would be cool for "security features" like stars or something, but not for features that traditionally belong on the coin's surface

Quote: I'm okay with and actually enjoy any kind of edge-lettering or design so long as it does not include date and mint.
And if you must put the date and mint on the edges, PLEASE include them on the obverse/reverse as well. This basically.

I voted "other". I have no problem with putting the mottos on the edge of the coin and IMHO both mottos (or all 3 mottos if you include "Liberty") should have been kept there. But I do have a problem with putting the date and mintmark there.
Regarding the edge etchings, do they really help visually impaired people discern the denomination? It seems to me that a raised edge pattern (like on the old gold coins) would be more helpful than an incuse one. More expensive to apply, of course, since it would require an engraved collar die... which is of course why they didn't do that in the first place.

with jbuck. Too many choices. Mine is a combination of "other" and "oppose, would rather see on front". Put whatever you want on the edge (stars, reeds, secret codes, mottos, love notes, etc.) but not the MM and date.

I voted no comment. Reason is they only put them on those baby sized dollar coins and I dislike them.

Ah! Edge-incusing is also seen on the 5-oz ATB pucks, my dear carl. And it's MUCH more readable on those guys, I might add. Also, the date and MM are NOT on the edge. Hmmm someone got it right on those.

I voted other.
I've noticed that I'm like a number of others here; leave the date and mintmark on the obverse or reverse.

Other: I like the edge lettered coins that have the edge lettering missing, error/variety style.

I support it, but the date and mintmark should be on either obverse or reverse.

I voted other because I would have voted for something new and unique and also I would have voted for helping the blind but I never heard of that one but I suppose they could feel it (heightened senses).

More or less in agreement with Sap.

Well, it's not new and unique because we were doing it more than 200 years ago with our coins. It was originally the only way to see a denomination, for instance.
And it's not numismatically interesting because it's being struck onto boring unwanted coins which will easily break all records of survivability because nobody uses them. These will never have collector value unless there's a Pittman Act-level meltdown in the future.
My vote is a resounding "meh".

I don't like the edge lettering but I don't hate it.

I voted other. I don't mind all the legislatively mandated junk on the side, but I too, would rather see the date and MM on the face. I think without all the dumb mottos on the face, it leaves more room for more attractive designs.
Not that the Mint has come up with any, for circulating coins.
