The status is still the same this morning and I can see that no one else is having this problem. I just don't know what happened to create this problem and I don't know how to fix it. The Free Image Opimizer is a site link and I don't think I can do anything to affect it right? There is nothing that has changed on my computer that I am aware of.
This is the only message that comes up as optimizer sits there trying to load. I don't know how to fix this?
To successfully install webresizer please correct the following custom parameters :
webresizer apikey - not found

It looks like something on your side is filtering out the API key, or maybe even javascript altogether. This can be your browser or maybe your security software.
Can you try with a different browser? IE is notoriously bad, so much so that Microsoft is even bringing a brand new browser in Windows 10.

Would this just start happening without something changing its been working fine for months. I don't believe I have another browser, could you suggest another. I haven't had problems with IE 11 before or on other sites

Ok so I loaded this chrome web browser and low and behold problem solved, must be IE 11. Thanks all for helping me straighten this out. I just have to get used to CHROME now. Thank-you all again

Well using Chrome seems to have solved this problem, so it was maybe IE11. Thanks all for helping me solve this issue.

When having issues with a browser, trying another is always a good move. This can confirm the problem, or limit it to a specific browser. In your case, I would be inclined to think something changed with IE or IE configuration (Windows Update?). It can also be security apps related, so any updates to an antivirus or firewall software can also cause this.
Anyway, I am glad it's working in Chrome. It may take a bit getting used to, but I prefer it to IE.

Thanks Rui, I've been playing with it for about an hour and it seems faster and I'm sure I will get more accustomed to it soon. Thanks again!

I just got one other complaint from the stamp forum. Also IE. AOL mail and IE will be the death of me.

You don't have to support IE, Bobby. Even Microsoft is dumping it ;).

I'm quite happy with using Chrome the last few days and won't go back to IE. Its funny how one sticks to what they know until forced to change and find the change was always there and better.
