Congratulations on your complete set. I to have a circulated Peace dollar set with the empty spot for the 1928. I hope to find a similar coin to yours someday.

Thanks for the comments. I really was surprised when I was the winning bidder on the 1928 at $250. I think it was a combination of the photos and that it was in an ICG holder. I know ICG isn't even considered by many, but I found the grade to be spot on, and the quality of the holder was equal to NGC and PCGS. I had never even held an ICG holder before. I gotta say that I was impressed with ICG on this one.

That is a fine looking set and seems like a good price on the 28.

And you can pick them up at substantial savings compared to equal coins in other holders.

I really like the natural dark-toned look of your '21. I finished my set last year, at a local coin show. Like yours, it had to wait until I could swallow hard and $pend what it took for a nice '28. Congrats. Now get on with the Buffalo hunting!

Great looking set! I only need a 24s, 26, 28, 34d and 35s. I'm looking forward to having them all. I would be finished by now but I have gotten distracted at the coin shop the last couple times in and ended up leaving with a Trade dollar, a CC morgan, and a few capped bust halves. Oh well, plenty of time to finish it in the future

Congratulations ! The feeling of finally laying your eyes on your complete set is one of many different experiences. The one that immediately comes to mind for me is, "What's Next " ?
