I'm questioning this lamination. It looks like a ding what makes you guys think lamination? We are talking about the neck correct?

That does look like a small lamination issue. Not often found on the clad coins.

Excellente' A clear picture makes a big difference. It is my first, I will do what I can to not make it my last. Thanks for the replies. This place is full of good people with a common interest in coins. Somehow I am sure their is a correlation between the two.
