Well got a little better than I thought I would. 17/161 mostly from the coins my dad collected while in the Navy.

Thought I would do alright since I have no fear picking through piles of cheap world coins at every coin shop I got into. But...I only got 23 at %14. That certainly was challenging.

Sorry for the delay in replying; I never had time until tonight. I scored 136... but I ran out of time at question #137.

The quiz was a lot of fun; thanks for taking the time to create it. If I had to complain about something, it would be that "United kingdom" was the correct answer for a coin that Krause designates as "Great Britain." For this reason I am filing a complaint with dean and attempting to get my tuition refunded.
All kidding aside, I thought I would do better than I did. I was not able to finish in the allotted time and only got 41 correct out of 99. And yes, I am counting the "Great Britain" one as correct.
Best Wishes,
SW

Sounds like a great game. Possibly should be done in some way to sell at coin shows or coin stores. For me, I'd fail. I have enough trouble with what is a US coin.

I was typing pretty much constantly for the entire 20 minutes of the quiz. In order to get a full score, you'd need to get an answer right, on average, once every 7.5 seconds. On average. There's no time to look stuff up on Google.

Numismatics International does a coin quiz twice a year at our Dallas member meetings. But we don't erase the names from the coins!

46 out of 161...not as good as I thought I was. Got so high mostly just because I could read the unerased arabic names of some of the countries.
My worst was probably with South America...

This game is mind blowing! I only got 7 correct answers because I did not finish the quiz.

Great fun. 58 correct - the last 50 or so I just skipped through them to get to the ones I was sure of, because I was running out of time :D
