I love the new gold design, I will be picking one up come release. It is the best design out of the three imo, with the 2013 coming second and the 2014 coming last. This would have been a cool cover to see on a coin as well.  |

I like the new 2015 Superman coins and am a bit surprised they are already listed...Some dealers have the advantage it would seem although my experience with presales is not good..Im sure this series will be of great interest to collectors and flippers alike..I think the designs are better than the 2014 series and will prove more popular.....

The June releases were in Winnipeg today for pre-order. There was a masters club event there. The 4 superman, loonies tunes, fifa coins were on display less the gold superman. Gold superman mintage is 2000.
There was a rectangular flag coin 10k mintage.

The rectangular coin has $50 denomination, so what its weight? Is it $50 for $50? With such big mintage, and if it just a paint and not enamel, not sure, why it was minted.

Clearly many items produced from the mint are designed for tourist in souvenir shops-this four edge not-a-coin is for that purchaser in mind...

The rectangular flag coin is a $50 face value and is 1.5 oz Silver. Price around $160.
The gold superman was $750 and change.

News from the other forum, thanks to the members: We have to understand, that 2015 Superman coins go fast, very fast. People buy gold coins (according to budget) and adding silver too... and these are last Superman RCM coins (for sure for 2015). If the comics book collector proudly will show you double sealed (because it old paper and even cant be open) Superman comic, just show him your 3-coin 2013-2015 Gold Superman set (or even super deluxe set including all the S-n coins). Anyway, there is 30 days to return the gold coin to RCM. Would you refuse to get CAD 200 in couple of clicks or get CAD 1000 if coin will be popular? |
