Yes it does take up data storage. I think this might make au50.

Sorry, it wouldn't be fair for an amature like me to try to Guess a grade from the pictures. Would love to try though.

It's almost impossible to tell anything from scans, let alone grade. If this truly is AU, it will have luster, which scanners do not pick up.

Before anyone can give you a grade assessment, you will have to take clear, up-close pictures of this coin, that you feel show it as it appears in hand. Until then all I can truthfully say is that its a Standing Liberty quarter.

I don't know, I'm having trouble with this one. I actually
love the reverse but the obverse just doesn't cut it. I think it's the photo that you submitted. I don't know if I'm looking at a soft strike or WEAR on obv. oh man, ok I'm ready to jump in; EF-40+
