AU maybe details, what are the lints on the bottom of the reverse? From a cleaning cloth?

The lints in the picture came from a piece of felt that I originally took the picture on. I can assure this coin has not been wiped by me.

Is it polished? I can't tell. I think I see frost on devices.

I don't see any kind of signs of being polished with the coin in hand.

Cleaned maybe? MS-63 details I'd think.

Whizzed or polished, not PL, AU55 details.
Those are polishing marks, not die lines. The devices look abraded on the obverse.

The second set of photos tell a much different story. Cleaned, polished.
