VF-20, does have the look of a cleaned and retoned coin, unsure if it will grade problem-free.

only one person has mentioned the coin being cleaned so far but I will disclose that this coin has already been graded and is in a problem free slab.

Original surfaces. Weaker reverse details (shield lines, arrow shafts) hold it to a VF-20. Obverse looks VF-25. It presents well and I bet it looks better in-hand.
I'll say it nets VF-20 overall.

I got lucky on this one...usually I never get lucky on ebay. I happen to be browsing when this one was listed. It lasted less than 15 minutes on ebay and I bought it for $131. I was thrilled as I have been looking for one of these graded vf30-35 problem free for a while. No...this is not a 30-35 but it will satisfiy me until I do run across one. I will post actual grade tomorrow to give anybody else a chance to add their guess.

VF-20. If it has been cleaned (and I think I see hairnines [cheek and upper field on reverse]), it was a very long time ago when it would have been considered circulation.

Nice pick-up Cris. I see you bought it from Smitty. He's a regular on CU Forums and I've done business with him a few times off ebay. A good guy who was actually a guest on Pawn Stars once. Couldn't believe it when I saw him as I'd heard nothing about him appearing on the show.
