The reverse could be MS-64+, but the dings on Liberty's cheek cause the "eye appeal" to take a hit. MS-63.

I'm afraid I'd be at 62.
That hit on the cheek on the obverse and the long scratch on the reverse to left of UNUM really take this down a bit.
But it has fantastic luster!

This was an ebay lot of 2 Peace $s - this and the '23. I was trying to figure out what I bought. I'll post the rest of the story in the ebay section where the next bit belongs... FWIW, ANACS graded this (pre-slab) as MS63/63 Thanks all!

Too bad about that long scratch, which I think will really hurt it. I'll say 63 as well but nice luster and a good-looker. Shot 64?

I lean to MS63 but on a good day could be MS64 cause of the luster!

63, not sure if the staining would subtract from it.
