Best to match the doubling first. Some markers don't stay long.

The markers are a die crack top of his head and vertically through the right side of the building. I think I see the obverse one on your coin. I think the doubling matches. First one on Brian's site.

I'd like to see the whole obverse.

I don't see the crack on the reverse, but like Coop said, the markers can disappear. Boy, that sure is one pretty nickel.

Nice find. Did NGC miss this doubled die, or is it not a variety they certify?

I think the person who sent it in, didn't have it attributed, I can see clear hub doubling and some of the markers off the nickel DDO website.
