I'm going to go with MS-62. coin does not show any mint luster. obverse kind of dull
and lifeless . I don't think it's because of wear.

I'm with Coinfrog; the hair details appear to have a little bit of wear - AU-58.

These are tough to grade. Could be anywhere between AU58, and MS64. I was on the higher end, but since you say resubmission, will say AU58

Since you said it is an MS grade and since you think its low I'm going to say PCGS MS62. My initial thought was MS63 but I am not great at grading

It's a MS62 to me, PCGS probably said 62, it's pretty well marked to be a 63 or higher, but I could see 63 if that's just your lighting.

I would grade this MS64. PCGS... probably 62. I've heard stories from the LCS they tend to favor bulk submissions. The grader may have not gotten enough cream in his cofee that morning. Any given day, ya know?

drumroll.....its a 63. bought it because the lighting in the sellers photo tricked me into thinking there was a double ear. paid about 10% overbook which isn't much in reality but when I got it I thought it looked awful "dull" in comparison to what I was expecting. in the end I got a nice coin so I'm happy, a little disappointed but happy.
