Uh, I'm not so much of a fan on this one. I'd much rather get a toned proof example in a lower grade than one with that toing... I just don't like the pail white edge of the coin. not that I wouldn't MIND having a coin like that, I would love it! I'm just saying I wouldn't spend 75K+ on one... I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

This coin is going to sell for over a 100K. A MS 65 not near as nice sold for 32K and this coin is the single top pop with color.

They definitely one of the highest order. Heritage is to coins as Sotheby's is to art.

Just a shot in the dark...but I'm guessing you didn't expand the image? The edge of the field looks like a sunburst orangey yellow to me.

The coin sold for $82,250.00. I thought it would sell for $100K, I could have got a bargain.
