market acceptable cleaning....if it was cleaned it was a very long time ago....I'm seeing marks under a loupe but appears to be circulation marks more than hairlines....plus there is quite a bit of luster for a cleaned coin

Has been lightly cleaned in the past, albeit lightly. I grade EF-45.

EF details its not an "if it was", it was cleaned and looks like a lot of hairlines. TPG would call it out for that. its nice raw pickup for the right money but not FMV money.

It is a 45 IMO. Nice eye appeal for a cleaned coin.

This coin is a good example of what would be TPG subjectivity. On 3 trips to a major TPG it would likely grade cleaned once and problem-free twice! If the grade doesn't fit you must resubmit!
