I bought one of those at an auction for $100 and resold it for $300 at my antique mall booth I had a couple years ago. I think they started making coin filled Lucite toilet seats during the 70s. Not sure if they still do. I've seen one with all bills too

Just buy the mold and make your own so you can put anything in it you want. The mold only costs $30 - $40 dollars and it can be used multiple times.

Put snow in it in the winter (as long as the bathroom is below freezing), flowers in the spring, plane tickets in the summer and dried leaves in the fall. Or, to go by month, candy canes in December, candy hearts in February, four-leaf clovers in March, lit fireworks in July, etc.
