coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/02/2019 6:22 pm Note the size of the '74'? You can tell it had some strong polishing on that area. I feel it is an 'S' mintmark, that was reduced in size from a die polishing. Kind of unusual to see polishing on that area, but the die may have been damaged and they thought they could save it by over polishing.
