AU-53. I'm not certain if that rim ding will be enough to detail grade it. Better photos would help us with our opinions.

I'll say AU-50 mostly due to the rim hit. Absent that, would be AU-55.

To me all the obverse high points look worn enough for XF-45 to AU-50 at best.

Based on these pics I would say its more like XF or even F Details with the hairlines across the face.

The newest pictures are much better, but they are of the wrong coin. The first coin is dated 1878, while the second coin is dated 1879.
As for the 1879 coin, which appears more worn than the first: it looks to be F-15, and possibly Cleaned.
