IMHO ,This Lincoln should not have been sent in . It's a common date with a common presence . MS-63RD.

One thing I can say about true view.. It can make your coin look good or bad.. In this case bad.. These spots were not as noticeable.. Maybe I should have sent it to the PCGS conservation first

Take your own pictures. The PCGS pictures aren't telling the story.
No conservation in their right mind would touch this coin. I see nothing that needs to be conserved.
