Now you are getting there, but show a bit more of the devices a bit. That would show the height in relationship to the devices. Note the edited version of the image I used earlier in this thread.

I first described this as an Internal Die Break, but I think you are correct. The combined area of these 2 chips together is a little less than the prescribed 4 square mm.
