It seems to be graded, what is the grade? Did the TPG miss that?

30-40 bucks max! Extremely common date, and warts as you call them.

If the coin was graded it should have been noted that there was damage (details) I think. Obvious rim damage and damage to the nose. It is often hard to tell from a photo.

Liberty looks like she's got a bloody nose. Don't worry about this too much. Bag marks go with the MS Morgan dollar territory. However, if I was selling this coin I would make sure that the photos were clear enough to showcase these blemishes. Can you link to the original listing?

MS60 and 61 coins are technically uncirculated but they tend to be dogs at that grade level. In many cases, an AU55/58 is much more eye appealing than a 60/61 simply due to the heavy bagmarks it takes to get those low Unc grades.

I wonder when the Morgans (like this 1921) emerged from the vaults to be sold. In the 70s? Is it safe to assume this coin set in a vault somewhere for fifty years, doing a whole lot of nothing? Not a very exciting life!
