His response: quote: The person that I am looking for to buy this coin is one that will be sent by the lord to buy it, he will know that it is the one he is to buy, because he has been told to buy it by the Lord. It does'nt matter what the world thinks about it, or what an individual thinks about it, it is the relationship with the Lord that is important, and faith in what he has said. You will know if you are to buy it, you won't need to have it graded if it is yours to buy. By all means don't spend money that you don't have, it is like tithing because you feel that you have to, if you feel that you have to then it is no good, you tithe because you love the Lord with all of your heart, this is what the person feels when they buy this. To everyone else it will seem like a joke to them, they will not receive the importance of this. As Jesus said several times in the Bible " Those that have ears to hear let them hear" If your heart is not open to the Lord you will not hear him. Thank you for your response, have a great day. God Bless, Richie
Mine: quote: OK, thanks. We'll see if ebay agrees with the lord.

quote: Just asked the following Question 'Might one inquire as to how you ascertained that the composition of said Five Cent Piece (Nickel) is silver? It is not uncommon for Jefferson nickels to tone black. In fact there is a specific variety knick named 'Black Beauty' before I invest my children's college funds in this item I want to be sure its the real thing. Should I send said item to a reputable third part grading service and it is returned with a claim that it not in-fact a rare silver Nickel will you issue a complete refund ?
Regards Nohope587'
I got a similar response reply 'No, you can have it graded at your expense. Maybe if he added that the coin cries tears, he would get more bids. Fishnwidow

Everyone, and I mean everyone, should be able to see the numerous red flags in this listing. Having said that, this topic is remaining here as proof that some will go to any length to try to make money on some "believers". This will not turn into a theological debate, nor does it need to turn into a pigpile on this seller. Coppernickeldaddy has done his due diligence and alerted the members here to yet another scammer, and we are grateful for that. If you choose to take it a step further and send pm's to this seller, understandable, but I think we now have enough responses from this seller already to know that it is a futile effort.

It got re-listed and is about to end for the second time reserve not met. I have to ask how ebay would allow such an auction I reported it stating no silver nickels were minted in 1959 but they let it pass..

The 1958 and 1959 Jeffersons are often found minted with a very dark planchet. I have several beauties that I think are great but the Lord never spoke to me and told me to sell them as Silver. He has sucessfully sold one for 100.00 and got his positive feedback, now he is selling it again and it will end within the hour. http://cgi.ebay.com/1959-Silver-Nic...re_W0QQitemZ270215355709QQihZ017QQcategoryZ39489 I wrote ebay and reported it with this email message. I also wrote to the poor winner and told hime to file a dispute. Maybe I'll write the loser that he now has one of only two known to exist. This seller is re-listing a coin to unknowing people that is supposed to be the only one known to exist. I am a knowledgable collector. I know that this coin is typical in color for many 1958 and 1959 Jeffersons. How bout taking care of this. Save the bidders some grief of being ripped off. There is no such thing as a Silver 1959 Jefferson nickel and God is not telling him to sell this over and over. See items 270210616323 and then it finally sold 270212508513 for 100.00 This is a SIN!

It's not another one--read the whole description. http://cgi.ebay.com/1959-Silver-Nic...re_W0QQitemZ a href= https://www.coincommunity.com/go/link.asp?target=https://www.ebay.com/itm/-/270217907265 target= _blank rel= nofollow 270217907265 /a QQihZ017QQcategoryZ39489QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Out of my respect for others, especially those with faith in a higher power made manifest in the universe and in each of us, I will refrain from saying exactly what I think of the person who would compose such a listing.

Finally removed by ebay (after it had been purchased once). I would think they would try to have a little more control on the $400,000 'coin dealers for the lord'.

OMG, god just told me to buy the coin! I guess I'll just sell everything I own to get the money, and become one of those beggers in NYC, with nothing but a plain old nickel.
