In four of the listings, the seller credits PCGS for the images: 'Coin detail information and example images provided courtesy of Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS). All Rights Reserved.' Two of those listings are for NGC-certified coins.

1) Why would you use 'example images' for a certified coin?

2) How likely is it that PCGS is using NGC-slabbed coins for 'example images'?

I've started following this seller in hopes of seeing the feedback on these auctions.

PCGS - but only PCGS - can get them taken down via DMCA take-down notices. I'm not sure what happens with a call to their customer service...

Here's another one just for fun, jameonrogeron_3. Almost identical M.O. New seller, zero feedback, five items, semi-rare coins, different photography on all items. Looks like he didn't copy the photo of the 1883 5 cents very well...kinda pixely

Don't they know that eBay/paypal will hold the money on new sellers.

Just for the grins, did a quick search on the 1885 PR63 Three Cent this guy's selling, and it was the first one that came up. Sold on 4/2 by Cyberspace coins to someone with over 1000 feedback.

Moderator, didn't know if I should start a new thread on this post, so please move if appropriate.

I thought ebay restricts new sellers to like 10 items and $500 per month?

How is this new seller colwi_0 selling thousands of dollars worth of merch already being less than a month old?

Kinda off topic to the purpose of this thread I guess.. but what really makes me nervous is the zero feedback BUYERS. The sellers I can avoid, haven't figured if there is a way to avoid the buyers though.
