Lovely coin. Pretty clean and I like the touch of toning. My first impression was MS-65, but maybe because this is an OGH coin, it was graded more harshly at the time. As a result, I'm going to go out on a limb and say MS-64 even though it looks like a 65 coin to me (and definitely deserves this grade).

Definitely a 65/65+ today. Maybe a small shot at 66....weak strike may hold it to 65

As a common date, if there was a bigger price gap I'd reslab it for the 65 because I think it's a slam dunk but it's actually worth more as a 64 in the OGH (and I might CAC it) than it would be as a fresh 65.
