Try to take your photos right side up so we can properly grade your coins without straining our necks . I'm not sure about the obverse but the reverse shows zero eye appeal .

Hi T-BOP. I will respectfully disagree. This is one of my favorite coins due to the even frosted luster on the entire coin. The reverse is especially striking and naturally frosted. To me it has tremendous eye appeal. Understand it may notbe your cup of tea. Thanks for showing me that eye appeal differs from person to person. How do you like SLQs to look for best eye appeal?

I have seen lot of frosted luster on AU coins. It is much rarer on XF. Walkers, SLQs, Peace $s and seated issues. Some barbers and morgans but are def scarcer. Love the look of uniform frosted luster. The coin in this thread, if AU is a circ coin with frosted luster.

I like the front view of the coin. The reverse does not appeal to me IMO. I like to see them clean and silvery looking. I would need to see it close up I think to make a better judgement.

The original inverted out-of-focus obverse photo makes a sensible grading opinion almost impossible.

Middle AU, probably AU-55. I might be tempted to use a little pure acetone on the reverse in hope of removing the dirty color shown on high points and fields.

No scrubbing, but if that color was removed I think it would be more attractive to most.

I like this coin, even with the reverse dark areas.
