BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 06/12/2017 10:18 pm It appears to be a proof and possibly an impaired proof. I could see a PR62 grade if it's not impaired. "Choice Proof" typically is used to describe PR63 or PR64 pieces and it doesn't look like it would grade that high but there's only one way to find out. Send it in.
