To be clear, I'm going with this conclusion with your own conclusion in mind. The new pics are still not clear enough to be able to tell for sure.

With all due respect,whatever it is the condition makes it a spender. I am leaning towards a LAM,but like I said it's still a spender.

If it's a lam of this apparent depth , there should be small striations in the recessed areas of the lam similar to those you see in the pic I am posting.
As to keeping it I probably would were it to prove to be a lam only because nice examples are not as common on memorials as they are on wheats.

I think a lamination but in really bad shape and not conclusive based on images.
