The RAM has started to sell rolled coins again. Last year they sold the APEC dollar. On May 1 thay will be selling the Scout $!.
The major companies that supply rolled coins are Armaguard and Chubb. While you can find new coins in Chubb rolls, I believe they are predominantly in Armaguard rolls. Armaguard has the contract with the National Bank, ergo going to the NAB is your best bet of finding new coins in rolls.

Security companies don't actually specially roll up new coins and sell them. I can tell you they do not even think about putting new or circulated coins in the rolls it is just whatever they have available at the time. You may not always find rolls at NAB though a couple of different places that I go like the coffee shop I go to banks with NAB and they get the plastic bag stuff from them, and also another take away shop is the same, so it will probbaly depend on the branch.

I am not sure what you mean? Why would electronics stores make up rolled coin? Mostly the machines that make the rolled coin are rather large and cost thousands of dollars.
I saw a roll with a very nice 2008 $1 showing on one end and only to urn the other end round to find it was a 1984 $1, no such luck as getting a close to uncirculated roll of the one year I think.

Actually Security Company is maybe not the best wording to use, but Armoured Car or Cash In Transit Security Companies. So not really like your every day Security company that has security guards, but the ones that actually deal with transporting money.

For uncirculated rolls, ebay and your dealer are the best bets. A lot of mint and reserve bank rolls still to be found on ebay.

I get it now! The coin goes form the mint, to te security companies, in their armour trucks, to the banks and companies.
My dad had a job in the armaguard coin place once..

Ask him if he still has any contacts there. You might get lucky & be able to access Security rolls that might yield up some nice coins.
