I think the discolored streak in the right obverse field holds it to 64RD.

I'm in at 64 with these pics, but reserve the right to increase the grade. Nothing near it will look "lustrous" by comparison.

Sorry, can't change your mind once you've posted.

Seriously, 64 or 65, little value here either way. Certainly not 66, which isn't worth that much either.

I have an NGC (old holder) slabbed MS66RD (1937) -- to compare against this one -- I got this raw coin in hand today and it is easily a 64+ or 65, but not a 66.
Once I fix the burned-out overhead light in my office I will shoot pictures, I'm out of incandescent bulbs and am using a backup CFL until I go to the store on Sunday.

I paid 4 bucks for it, with free shipping, so I suppose "little value" is in the eye of the beholder since 65 books at 19, 66 at 30, and 67 at 120.
I do the best I can with my minuscule collecting budget these days to fill holes and grab the occasional beauty.

Appears to be VERY lustrous, few contact marks.

Easy 65 by me. Any mentioned 'marks' are hardly worth mentioning except maybe for the mark on the D in United ... IMHO.
