The Philly example is easy to see. The Denver example is a bit harder but there will be obvious doubling of the 4 and a base of a 1 at the bottom of the 2

The Philadelphia 41/42 overdate is obvious, as in Beefer518's image. The Denver version is more subtle -- mainly at the base of the 4 and a hook below the 2.

jstav et al, my bad, I didn't see the "D" in the title. Yes, the one above is the P. Here's the D (from the PCGS Coinfacts website):

However, I wonder what that thing is on the bottom of your 4. If I were you I'd keep that on in the Album until you get the real thing.

Appreciate everyone's responses. @Coinfrog - Thanks! @just carl - Yes, I noticed the little blip below the 4, and also if you look at the bottom of the 2, there is a little step on the leading edge. Probably just anamolys, and made for interesting conversation :)

Mac, what about the mintmark, is it a D/D? WRPM-004 perchance? The later stages of this overdat HAVE NOT been confirmed. Altho no positive proof, the shape of 2 and that small leg under 4 could be remnants of a polished die in VLDS. The die flow indicates a later stage. let's see closeups of all frontal details and the mintmark. Deserves a senond opinion.
