I don't think it's a typo. It was typed as "UFO Varieties" as well as "WUFO-001". I couldn't find anything on the site for such a listing and have never heard of it.  Maybe Wexler is toying with us and giggling right now as we discuss it.  In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020

I saw that too, have no idea.
My best theory is that WUFO-001 is that 1956-D "repunched date" Wexler has in his listings. Since repunched dates aren't possible in 1956, he may have reclassified it as a "UFO", just a new term for a die event that is unidentified.

Mr Wexler just got back to me and said UFO stands for,For my files the UFO stands for Unidentified Fascinating Oddity. Over the years varieties have surfaced that don't fit into the traditional categories such as doubled dies or RPMs, yet because of their appearance there is interest in them as something collectible.
