I'm really not good with Peace dollars, but I don't think it's a Details coin.

Better than average strike both obverse and reverse. Center of cheek on obverse and eagles right most wing line indicate light circulation.

Toning occurred after circulation. Disturbed fields confirm circulation. Blotchy toning very typical. No hint of cleaning.

62-63. I can't see definite signs of foul play on the coin, so I'll assume there aren't any there for the purpose of making this guess.

unfortunately someone tried to clean this one. MS details. I've seen this before. to the left of the bust someone took something like an eraser and attempted to remove something from the coin removing the luster and leaving that dull area
