If so, I was wondering if the doubling could be a result of the repair to the die? I know when the doubling is shelf-like, one can check the box next to MD but since the devices are not reduced in size wanted a professional opinion... Report this Post to the Staff

I was thinking it might be cool to see what was out there from beginning to end, and take a look at how this error progresses across die states. Does anyone have a link the website showing this?
